Dairy-free Chocolate Chia pudding is the perfect easy to make dessert to prepare when you want something quick, healthy and delicious!  Made with five basic ingredients in a blender, this dreamy dessert will satisfy even the pickiest sweet tooth eater.

Pack it in a container for the kids school snack time or an afternoon pick me up at the office.  If you like to entertain, Chocolate Chia pudding can be made up to two days ahead in advance, kept in the refrigerator.  Just spoon it into pretty serving dishes and top with fresh berries that will have your guests oohing and awing at first site. Instructions
  1. In a blender, process the almond milk, cacao powder, chia seeds, Medjool dates and vanilla extract until well blended. Transfer the pudding to a bowl, cover and refrigerate for four hours or overnight until the pudding is set.
  2. Top with fresh berries and serve.
