Ingredients
- 1 16 ounce mozarella cheese or more
- 3 roma tomatoes, ripe
- basil leaves
- olive oil I recommend Bariani olive oil
- balsamic glaze bottled
- Italian seasoning
- sea salt

Instructions
- Slice cheese into 1/4- 1/2-inch thick rounds. Lay flat on serving tray.
- Wash, pat dry and lay one full basil leaf on top of each cheese round.
- Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick pieces. Lay on top of cheese.
- Sprinkle caprese with sea salt and Italian seasoning, just enough to lightly coat the tomatoes.
- Drizzle caprese with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Refrigerate until ready to use.
