Ingredients

16 ounce
mozarella cheese
or more
3
roma tomatoes, ripe
basil leaves
olive oil
I recommend Bariani olive oil
balsamic glaze
bottled
Italian seasoning
sea salt
Instructions
Slice cheese into 1/4- 1/2-inch thick rounds. Lay flat on serving tray.
Wash, pat dry and lay one full basil leaf on top of each cheese round.
Slice tomatoes into 1/4-inch thick pieces. Lay on top of cheese.
Sprinkle caprese with sea salt and Italian seasoning, just enough to lightly coat the tomatoes.
Drizzle caprese with olive oil and balsamic glaze. Refrigerate until ready to use.
