  1. Adjust the oven rack to the highest level. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Submerse pork into sauce and marinate for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 3 hours for more intense flavor.
  4. Add pork to wooden skewers, placing skewers on a broiling pan lined with tin foil.
  5. Place broiling pan under heat and broil for 5 minutes. Turn skewers over and broil an additional 5 minutes or until the pork is done. Serve with Rachael's secret sauce.
