Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed greens, chopped
- 2 cups watrmelon, cut into smal squares
- 2 green onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- In small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle olive oil into vinegar mix while whisking until the dressing is emulsified. Set aside.
- In large bowl, combine lettuce, onions, watermelon and feta cheese. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
