Teriyaki Pork Skewers with
Zesty Asian Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless pork lin, cut into 1-inch cubes or pieces of chicken
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce or Tamari
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Adjust the oven rack to the highest level. Preheat oven to broil.
- In medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Submerse pork into sauce and marinate for 20 minutes or refrigerate for 3 hours for more intense flavor.
- Add pork to wooden skewers, placing skewers on a broiling pan lined with tin foil.
- Place broiling pan under heat and broil for 5 minutes. Turn skewers over and broil an additional 5 minutes or until the pork is done. Serve with Rachael's secret sauce.
