- 12 asparagus spears medium size
- 6 slices prosciutto ham, halved cut on diagonal
- 4 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- Cut off asparagus spears 1-inch at bottom.
- Slice prosciutto in halves, diagonally.
- Place a prosciutto strip on a cutting board at a 45 degree angle. Place 1 asparagus spear perpendicular to it.
- Wrap the bottom end of prosciutto over the asparagus and holding the meat in place, start rolling the spear up. Repeat with remaining spears, setting aside until done.
- In large pan on medium heat, melt butter and saute asparagus for 1-2 minutes on each side or until prosciutto is browned and slightly crispy. (Saute in batches if preparing more asparagus than can fit in a pan).
- Serve warm or cold.
