This four-ingredient dessert is super easy to make and you can decorate it for the occasion using your favorite fruit combinations. I use strawberries and blueberries for the fourth of July, Kiwi and Raspberries for a festive Christmas dessert, or a mix of tropical fruits when I am hosting a relaxing summer gathering with friends.
I am a huge Pampered Chef fan, and this dessert is one of my favorites from their lineup of dessert offerings. For this dessert, I used my Pampered Chef large round white baking stone and my Rockcrok Grill Stone. You can find both items here, or try using a well-oiled pizza stone or round baking pan. A little disclaimer: I have only used my PC bakeware for this recipe so I can’t guarantee the results on other bakeware.
I recently hosted my son’s graduation party and made two of these gorgeous desserts along with an entire dessert buffet of other delicious choices. Both Berries and Cream Sugar Cookie Pizzas were completely gone long before the others had a dent in them. They are a definite crowd pleaser every time.
