- 1 pound ground buffalo
- 1/2 cup fresh mixed herbs parsley, sage, thyme, rosemary and parsley
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 egg

Instructions
- Chop fresh herbs into small pieces and toss together in a small bowl.
- In medium bowl, combine meat, herbs, egg and salt, mixing well until herbs are evenly distributed into the meat.
- Separate the meat into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
- Grill patties on outdoor or counter-top grill for 3-4 minutes or until they are done to your liking. (Bison meat cooks much quicker than beef)
