The secret to making this juicy bison burger so delicious is all in the herbs.

  1. Chop fresh herbs into small pieces and toss together in a small bowl.
  2. In medium bowl, combine meat, herbs, egg and salt, mixing well until herbs are evenly distributed into the meat.
  3. Separate the meat into 4 equal portions and form into patties.
  4. Grill patties on outdoor or counter-top grill for 3-4 minutes or until they are done to your liking. (Bison meat cooks much quicker than beef)
