- 2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 2 cups coconut water
- 1 1/2 cups fresh organic spinach
- 1 1/2 frozen bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon L-glutamine optional
- 1 cup ice
