Easy Mexican Chili
Chili lovers alike always say this is their new favorite chili recipe after their first bite. Although this recipe uses a chili seasoning mix instead of individual seasoning techniques, that's what makes this chili so easy and quick to make.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/3 cup Frenche's chili seasoning
- 1 14.5 ounce can diced tomatoes
- 1 15 ounce can can kidney or chili beans

Instructions
- In medium frying pan, heat oil cooking oil on medium-high heat. Add in ground beef and saute 5-6 minutes or until beef is completely cooked.
- Drain excess oil from pan and transfer meat into a large pot, adding in tomatoes, beans and seasoning. Turn heat to medium-high and stir to combine. Lower heat to medium-low and let simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasional.
- Serve hot.
