Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken, cubed
- 2 tablespoons gluten-free soy sauce subsititue with Tamari
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Adjust the oven rack to the highest level. Preheat oven to broil.
- In medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
- Cut Chicken into 1-inch cubes and spread out in a glass baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.
- Place baking pan under heat and broil for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is done. Serve with extra marinade.
