Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 package butter crackers or your favorite crackers

Instructions
- Using a hand mixer, add cream cheese to a small bowl and mix until cheese becomes soft and spreadable. Add in garlic, dill and salt, mixing to combine.
- Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of cream cheese on each cracker, leaving it fluffy and full.
- Position a piece of smoked salmon on top of the cream cheese and press down just slightly so the fish sticks to the cheese.
- (Optional) sprinkle a few capers, peppercorns and or twig of dill on top of the salmon before adding one more small layer of fish to the top.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
