Berries and Cream Sugar Cookie Pie is a dessert I learned to make after buying my favorite round stonewear baking pan by Pampered Chef. This pan is one of the most versatile cooking pieces I own and this recipe is one I often make with it.
This gorgeous dessert is so simple to make and a definite crowd pleaser. Though you can make your own cookie dough from scratch, I love using Pampered Chef’s suggested pre-made cookie dough when time is short and I need a quick and easy dessert for a potluck or luncheon.
Simply roll out the cookie dough on a round stone or non-stick pizza pan and bake. Once cooled, add the cream cheese spread, take some time to create a beautiful design over the spread using your favorite combination of fruits, and chill until you are ready to serve it. I like to use my pizza wheel for cutting thin wedges. You can get about 16 wedges from a 12-inch round dessert. It’s just sweet enough that you don’t need a large slice to satisfy your sweet tooth.
