This smoothie is act II of my Immune Boosting Pineapple Ginger Blast drink that helps give your immune system a kick in the pants when you are feeling a little under the weather. This is a much more subtle version of that powerhouse drink because it uses Greek yogurt good for gut health. Fresh pineapple and immune boosting ginger is at the center of the flavors and is one of my personal favorites. It will leave you feeling healthier by the time you reach the bottom of your glass.

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 1/2 cup low fat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup ice
Ingredients

Idea:
Add an extra tablespoon of grated ginger to help boost to your immune system.
