  1. Place the raisins in a bowl and cover the raisins with the rum. Soak for 1 hour.
  2. Drain the rum and refrigerate the raisins in a container for a milder flavor, or transfer the rum and raisins together to a container or jar and refrigerate for up to 1 month for stronger raisins.

Suggestions:

  • The longer the raisins marinate the stronger they will become.
  • Strain raisins and return to container, cover and refrigerate for up to 1 month.
