vegetagle oil
1
teaspoon
lemon extract
2
cups
grated zucchini
3
cups
gluten-free baking flour

teaspoon
baking soda
1/4
teaspoon
baking powder
1/4
teaspoon
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Beat eggs.
Add in sugar and beat until creamy.
Add oil, vanilla, and lemon flavoring and mix well.
Add Zucchini and continue beating.
Add flour, soda, baking powder and salt. Beat until well blended.
Pour batter into 2 well greased bread pans. Bake for 1 hour or until done.
