Instructions
  1. In a medium saute pan, bring 6 cups of water to a boil on high. Add green beans, peppers, and mushrooms and parboil for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly soft when pierced with a fork.
  2. While vegetables are cooking, heat oils in a medium saute pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and shallots, lower heat to medium and saute 2 to 3 minutes or until just aromatic.
  3. Drain vegetables and transfer them to the saute pan. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, and pepper. Toss and saute 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender but not too soft. Adjust flavor with salt and pepper if needed.
  4. Transfer vegetable to a plate and serve warm.
