light olive oil

garlic clove, minced

fennel bulb, thinly sliced

scallion, sliced

cilantro, chopped
Instructions
In medium bowl, whisk lemon juice, garlic, oil, salt and water.
Add fennel, onions, cilantro and stir to combine.
Chill before serving.
