Instructions
  1. Bring water to a boil in a medium pan, then lower it to a rapid simmer. Add the eggs to the pot, and boil for five minutes. Remove eggs from pan and run under cold water to stop the cooking process. Serve eggs with small spoons for eating eggs directly out of the shell.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in small serving bowls or plates to serve.
  3. Prepare tea and serve with sugar cubes and cream (optional).
