Instructions
  1. Blend the milk, yogurt, banana, and collagen peptides in a blender.
  2. Place the sliced fruit against the insides of the Popsicle molds.
  3. Gently pour the smoothie mixture into the molds being careful not to let the fruit float into the liquid.
  4. Add the cover and Popsicle sticks. Freeze for at least 4 hours.
