- 1 3/4cups canned pineapple plus juice
- 3tablespoons lemon juice
- 1teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2teaspoon ground cloves
- 1package powdered fruit pectin
- 6 1/2cups granulated sugar
