Watermelon and Feta Salad with Herb Infused Balsamic Dressing Yum

Instructions
  1. In small bowl, whisk balsamic vinegar, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Slowly drizzle olive oil into vinegar mix while whisking until the dressing is emulsified. Set aside.
  2. In large bowl, combine lettuce, onions, watermelon and feta cheese. Drizzle dressing over salad and gently toss together. Refrigerate until ready to use.
