  1. Rinse and place salmon fillet in a baking pan large enough to fit filet.
  2. In small bowl, whisk orange juice, red wine vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, and brown sugar. Pour liquid over top of salmon filet, cover baking pan with foil, transfer to refrigerator and marinate for 1 hour or up to 12 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350° Fahrenheit. Transfer baking pan to oven and bake 20 minutes. Turn salmon over and continue to bake an additional 10 minutes. Remove from oven and serve immediately.

Idea and Suggestions!

  • Double the marinade measurements for extra sauce to pour over salmon, salad, potatoes, or other side items.
  • Serve over a green salad, bed of rice, mashed potatoes, or your favorite vegetable.
