This smoothie is act II of my Immune Boosting Pineapple Ginger Blast drink that helps give your immune system a kick in the pants when you are feeling a little under the weather.  This is a much more subtle version of that powerhouse drink because it uses Greek yogurt along with fresh pineapple and ginger.  This is one of my personal favorites because it leaves you feeling a bit healthier by the time you get to the bottom of your glass.
