Lemon Ginger Sore Throat Soother
This is my favorite go-to remedy for sore throats! It’s delicious, it’s healthy, and it’s effective! Here’s to your health!

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. In saucepan, bring water and ginger to a boil for 3 minutes. Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Remove pan from heat and discard ginger.
  3. Add honey and lemon, stirring to combine.
  4. Refrigerate until mixture is at room temperature.
  5. Pour liquid into blender with ice and blend on high until it has a slushy consistency.
  6. Pour into glass and enjoy. Refrigerate remaining liquid for later.
