Instructions
Chicken Meatballs
  1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  2. Prepare a lightly greased baking sheet.
  3. In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, egg, chicken, onion, cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Shape into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet and bake 20 minutes or until done, turning halfway through the cooking process.
Thai Chili Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, jalapeno, and sugar. Whisk until the sugar is dissolved.
Recipe Notes

Idea!
I like to double my sauce so I can use half to pour or spoon over meatballs, and the other half as a dipping sauce.
