Broiled Teriyaki Chicken Bites Yum
These chicken bites are packed full of flavor and make the perfect compliment over rice for dinner or on a tray with extra marinade and toothpicks for a delicious appetizer.

  1. Adjust the oven rack to the highest level. Preheat oven to broil.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper.
  3. Cut Chicken into 1-inch cubes and spread out in a glass baking pan. Pour sauce over chicken and marinate for 20 minutes.
  4. Place baking pan under heat and broil for 5 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken is done. Serve with extra marinade.
