Instructions
Baked Bananas
  1. Preheat oven to 350° F. Prepare your ingredients.
  2. Peel bananas and sprinkle with sugar to coat. Lay bananas in a greased glass baking dish.
  3. Pour orange juice into bottom of the pan. Cut butter into 8 small pieces and place 2 on each banana.
  4. Transfer to oven and bake 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place bananas on a serving plate. Sprinkle rum soaked raisins over bananas. Spoon juice on top of bananas and serve warm.
Rum Raisins
  1. Place raisins in a bowl with a fitted cover or a jar.
  2. Pour rum over raisins.
  3. Close the bowl or jar tightly with the lids. Shake it gently and set aside at least 1 hour or overnight before serving.
  4. Store raisins in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.
